SIT20316 – Certificate II in Hospitality

This qualification is delivered on-site at Southern Cross in the commercial kitchen under the instruction of industry trained facilitators and provides students with  Certificate II Hospitality (Food & Beverage) for the HSC. The Food and Beverage strand focuses on serving food and drinks including barista skills.
